Colin McRee in trouble for second time in two weeks.
Chappaqua resident Colin G. McRee has been arrested for the second time in less than two weeks for DWI. He was stopped northbound on Interstate 684 in Lewisboro because he was allegedly weaving between lanes, state police said. He was pulled over during a broader DWI sweep that took place from 8 p.m. last night until 4 a.m.
According to police, McRee, 26, had a .13 BAC level and faces felony DWI charges due to a 2005 conviction. It was announced that $500 of pre-arraignment bail has been secured from McRee, and he is due to appear in Lewisboro town court of April 5 at 7 p.m.
McRee was recently arrested for DWI on the night of March 8, on Route 9 in Cortlandt by state police. On that occasion he was originally pulled over for alleged traffic and vehicle violations.
