La Panetière invites foodies and wine lovers to enjoy their prix-fixe Easter dinner menu ($72 per person) and a wine pairing ($48 per person). Dinner, which will be served from 12:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., will include a sea scallop “scramble,” boneless rack of spring lamb with rosemary jus, and a nest of chocolate eggs.
Crabtree’s Kittle House Easter Brunch Buffet 11 Kittle Rd, Chappaqua
Crabtree’s prix-fixe ($55 per person) Easter buffet offers the Easter brunch crowd a sampling of freshly baked pastries and breakfast breads, creamy vegetable quiche, hickory smoked bacon and country sausage, and Belgian waffles and challah French toast. Choose from a diijon encrusted rack of lamb, cider glazed smoked ham, filet mignon in a ruby port sauce, or an oven-ready, herb-stuffed turkey. All orders can be picked up on Easter Sunday between noon and 4:00 p.m.
