Some customers without power in New Castle and Mount Kisco might not see it return until Friday night. According to numbers from Con Edison, as of 6:35 p.m., the estimated full restoration time for customers in both municipalities is March 19 at 11 p.m. In the same figures, 74 New Castle customers and six in Mount Kisco are among those who could be affected.
