Businesses in the most flood-prone areas of Mount Kisco and Chappaqua have prepared for Hurricane Sandy with sand bags, tape and covering to protect their stores from the second major flood threat in 14 months (Tropical Storm Irene, which caused major flooding locally, was the first).
