'A Nation of Immigrants' Celebrates Diverse Cultures in Northern Westchester [Video]

Mount Kisco festival, coinciding with Columbus Day weekend, celebrates the diverse cultures of the community.

Folks gathered Sunday for the first-annual A Nation of Immigrants festival in downtown Mount Kisco.

Coinciding with Columbus Day weekend, it was a collaboration between Neighbors Link, the Italian-American Club of Northern Westchester, ArtsWestchester, and PACT (Police and Community Together), in cooperation with the Village/Town of Mount Kisco and with support from the Westchester Community Foundation and Curtis Instruments.

“A Nation of Immigrants” Festival will celebrate the diverse cultures of Northern Westchester by showcasing a broad range of traditions and folk arts including music, dance, visual arts, food and crafts.  The event is designed to be inclusive, inspire unity and reflect the rich cultural diversity of the region.
