New Year's Day DWI Arrest

In the early hours of 2012, police pulled over a 25-year-old Mount Kisco man at a traffic stop. He was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI).
Repo Man Arrested After Allegedly Pretending to be NYC Cop
Jan. 2, 5:14 p.m., Armonk Road
A man working for a repossession company went to a residence to take a car. Police claim that when he got there, he claimed to be with the New York Police Department. The man, a 49 year old from North Bergen, NJ, was charged with criminal impersonation.
Man Accused of Stealing Undies
Jan. 4, 6:42 p.m., Main Street
A 24-year-old Mount Kisco man was accused of stealing underwear from TJ Maxx. He was arrested and charged with petit larceny.
Man Accused of Breaking Order of Protection for His Brother
Jan. 2, 7:58 a.m., Carpenter Avenue
Police arrested a 31-year-old Port Chester man. He was charged with violating an order of protection placed in favor of his brother, who lives in Mount Kisco
Slashed Tires Reported
Jan. 1, 7:17 a.m., Lexington Avenue
A man reported that his vehicle tires had been slashed but did not know who did it.
Unlawful Marijuana Possession Arrest
Jan. 3, 9:16 p.m., Radio Circle
Police spotted two men in a suspecious parked vehicle. A 19-year-old Mount Kisco resident, among those inside the vehicle is alleged to have had marijuana on him. He was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana, which is a violation and not a crime.
Public Drinking Arrest
Jan. 2, 11:04 a.m., Lexington Avenue
Police arrested a 33-year-old man and charged him with drinking in public, which is a violation and not a crime.
