Patch Picks: Mother’s Day Destinations

We’ve found the perfect spots to spend time with your mom this Mother’s Day.

For most of us, our mother was our first confidante, our first and biggest fan, our first teacher and our most important role model.  Of course, we shouldn’t wait until Mother’s Day to tell her how much we appreciate her, but it’s a nice excuse to show her a little extra love and devotion.  That’s why for this week’s Patch Picks we focused our efforts on finding the best Mother’s Day destinations.

Whether she loves eating out, luxuriating at the spa, or just hanging out with the family, we’ve found the perfect spots to spend time with your mom this Mother’s Day.

The Best Spa Events

Mother’s Day at KD Studio (196 Katonah Avenue, Katonah).   Bring mom to KD Studio for a Mother’s Day makeover or makeup lessons (schedule your appointment in advance) and enjoy perusing the eclectic mix of cosmetics, sulfate-free body products, home items, hand bags and jewelry.  Or purchase a gift certificate for a Mother’s Day Facial – specially priced at $100.  Gift certificates must be purchased by Mother’s Day and used before June 1.

Satori Spa (171 Katonah Avenue, Katonah)Satori owner and acupuncturist Sandy Lussi specializes in therapeutic spa services that are aimed at leaving her clients feeling great and beautiful.  Just for Mother’s Day, Lussi is offering $10 off all facials and massages so you can give mom the gift of health and beauty.
