Poll: What Should Fill Purple Passage Site?

The former Purple Passage site, located next to Starbucks on the South Moger Avenue promenade in Mount Kisco, has been vacant for more than a year now.
The storefront is both large and notable for its downtown location, especially given its proximity to several of the village's large stores.
What would you like to see move in? Personally, I'd like to see a bigger Starbucks, with more seating and outlets.For this poll, I've added choices that have been raised in general for Mount Kisco, including a bookstore to replace Borders or an Apple Store.

hopefully rents will drop a bit to help enable a small merchant to get their foot in the door.

Maria Colaco Curry (@mariacolaco) and I were at Flying Pig last night, and learned from various residents that there are MANY more businesses that are headed out because of unreasonable rents or rent increases (Flying Pig included). Annie Sez, Anne Taylor and Gap are on the list. If big box retailers can't afford the rents in this town, there is zero hope for small businesses. That is not the kind of town I want to live in.
There seem to be about 3 or so major landlords in this town that control most of the commercial leasing space. They are driving commerce and community away from Mount Kisco, at a time when a strong community is crucial.
We propose that concerned residents and store owners band together and say "enough is enough." Whether this is in the form of an Occupy Main Street organization, or a gathering at the next town hall meeting to share our concerns, it's time for us to take a stand!

The Flying Pig is owned by a Billionaire (the .1%). If they can't afford to stay open, then who can.
Wouldn't these landlord rather be getting Something for their properties rather than Nothing while they sit vacant? Or do they write it all off as a tax loss and not really care?
What (if anything) can Mount Kisco do about it? We can Occupy all we want, but if the town is powerless to change anything, what's the point?
Pretty soon 'The Commercial Hub of Northern Westchester' is going to be a ghost town with 12 banks, 3 CVS and a target.

It sure is sad to watch suburbia slide. But it already IS a lot worse in other parts of the country. We've just been insulated from it for a while.
