This Weekend: MLK Day, Miss NY Pageant
Notable items for the long weekend.
1. Antioch Baptist Church in Bedford Hills will feature Mount Kisco Methodist Church Pastor Matthew Curry as its speaker for its Martin Luther King Day service. It starts at 4 p.m. on Sunday, Jan. 15. Click here for details.
2. Both Chappaqua and Bedford Central schools are closed Monday in observance of Martin Luther King Day. Also closed at the Mount Kisco and Chappaqua libraries, Mount Kisco Village Hall and New Castle Town Hall.
3. The Thomas H. Slater Center in White Plains will hold a community walk on Sunday in Martin Luther King's honor. Click here for details.
