Meeting once a week, these classes are packed with age-appropriate crafts, stories, games and outdoor explorations. Programs begin the week of Feb. 6 (no class week of Feb.20) and run for 4 sessions. The fee for the program is $70 for members or $85 for non-members.
Classes are divided into two different age groups:
Little Tree Huggers for 2–3-year-olds accompanied by a parent or caregiver.
Sessions take place on Tuesdays from 10:00–11:15 am or Wednesdays from 12:45–2:00pm
Knee Hi Nature for 4-5-year-olds.
Sessions take place on Tuesdays from 1:00–2:30pm or Thursdays from 10:00–11:30am

Teatown Lake Reservation is a 834-acre nature preserve located on Spring Valley Road. It straddles Yorktown, New Castle and Cortlandt. The reservation features hiking trails, a nature center hosting educational exhibits and a live animal collection.
