The Tiny Dragons Program is specially designed for 3 and 4 year olds.
This is an excellent introduction to the martial arts. Students are taught basic martial arts in a fun and friendly environment. Students will wear Karate uniforms and earn stripes on their belts.
The instructors work on building confidence in a safe and friendly manner. Children are taught respect, balance and concentration. These classes will help develop your child’s motor skills, focus, and discipline, while learning the fundamentals of Martial Arts in a fun environment.

More About Westchester Mixed Martial Arts & Fitness
Westchester Mixed Martial Arts & Fitness is a training center that focuses on improving physical fitness and martial arts skills at all levels. The instructors have more than 100 years of combined training experience in mixed martial arts, kickboxing, karate, Royce Gracie Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, krav maga, Muay Thai and cardio sessions. Individuals can also sign up for private classes. It offers programs for kids, toddlers, teens and adults. The center hosts birthday parties and offers one month of free lessons to the birthday individual. Additional classes include wrestling club, impact heavy bag, advanced weapons, blackbelt training and more.
