**THIS EVENT HAS BEEN POSTPONED DUE TO INCLEMENT WEATHER. PLEASE LIKE OUR PAGE ON FACEBOOK TO BE UPDATED ON OUR NEW DATE/TIME. https://www.facebook.com/OccupyMainWestchester **

This will be our first open meeting, meant for residents, business owners and interested parties to come together and see if we can come up with ideas and solutions to some of the problems plaguing Mt Kisco, including retail vacancies, high rents, parking, too few village events, and insufficient village marketing.

What exactly does "Occupy Main Street" mean? It's not a protest with posters and sit-ins. It quite literally means, it's time to "Occupy" our Main Streets! This means shopping local, revitalizing our towns which are suffering from 10%+ empty retail storefronts, and discovering new and inventive ways to bring entertainment and business here. So if you're a business owner, a resident, a landlord, a Chamber of Commerce member, or just a person who happens to have some great ideas... you should feel an obligation to "Be the Change!"
