Changes for Town Board Meetings; Antiques Series

1. The New Castle Town Board's meeting for Tuesday will have several changes, Supervisor Rob Greenstein announced. They include using a chat feature to ask questions to the town board through NCCMC and being able to email questions in advance. The meeting is at 7:45 p.m., according to Greenstein. 2. The New Castle Historical Society announced what it calls the second topic of its Antiques Lecture & Appraisal Series, which is scheduled for today at 10 a.m. at the Chappaqua Library. Today's event is called "Do you know what you have" and will include a visit from James Levinson, who will do what are called "verbal appraisals" for items that people bring in. 3. Fox Lane Middle School has its 7th-grade orchestra, band and chorus concert tonight, according to this announcement, which states that it will be at 7 p.m. at Fox Lane High School.

4. The National Weather Service predicts at 90-percent chance of rain with a high temperature of 46 degrees.

5. The Volunteer Center has MLK Day of Service opportunities available listed on its website, including in Mount Kisco.
