Tonight: Chappaqua Crossing Draft Findings Statement Talk

1. The New Castle Town Board will have a work session tonight to discuss a draft findings statement for the Chappaqua Crossing retail plan, according to the agenda. The findings statement is the last document for the project's environmental review. In addition, there will be discussion about the proposed rezoning for the site needed for the plan, along with a vote to give a 6-month extension for the residential zone on another part of the site during the regular meeting. 2. The Mount Kisco Planning Board meets tonight at 7:30 p.m. at village hall. Agenda items include a continued review of The Hearth at Mount Kisco, a proposed 129-unit senior housing complex for a sloping property off of Kisco Avenue. The agenda can be found at this link.

3. The National Weather Service predicts that today will be sunny with a high temperature of 66 degrees in Chappaqua and Millwood and 65 in Mount Kisco.
