2. Meanwhile, the New Castle Planning Board will discuss the latest iteration of the Chappaqua Crossing retail plan when it meets tonight, according to its agenda. The meeting starts at 7 p.m. at town hall. The planning board was given a referral for the plan by the town board at its meeting last week, a process that was opposed by the attorney for the site's developer.
3. The National Weather Service predicts patchy fog and a high temperature of 49 degrees.
