1. Mount Kisco's Village Board of Trustees will get two development presentations tonight due to petitions for proposals, according to the agenda and its related material. 2. The New Castle Town Board's meeting, which was originally scheduled for yesterday and postponed due to snow, has been rescheduled for today at 7 p.m. at town hall in Chappaqua. Agenda items include a recap presentation of The Spa at New Castle, a proposed development at the Legionaries of Christ site, which according to submission material includes 50 condos, 34 hotel rooms, a spa, a pool and a restaurant. The town board's new members will be sworn in prior to the meeting (starting at 5 p.m., at town hall) with Hillary Clinton and Nita Lowey presiding, according to an announcement from the town clerk.
