1. The New Castle Planning Board will get an introduction of the proposed overhaul for the Legionaries of Christ site, according to the agenda for tonight's meeting. The proposal of the roughly 97-acre parcel off of Armonk Road is called The Spa at New Castle and includes 50 condos, 34 hotel rooms a spa, pool and recreation space.
