Hudson Valley Tourism Promotes Region at I Love NY Event

Hudson Valley, N.Y. (July 12, 2013) - Hudson Valley Tourism, Inc., the 10-county region designated by I LOVE NY to promote tourism in the area, participated in an I LOVE NY Fall Media Marketplace in New York City. The event highlighted Hudson Valley’s exciting fall destinations and events, and featured the region’s outstanding culinary offerings.

Chef Peter X. Kelly of Xaviar’s Restaurant Group, which includes Xaviar’s at Piermont, The Freelance Café and Wine Bar, Restaurant X & The Bully Boy Bar, and X20 Xaviars on the Hudson, was on hand to treat guests to a tasting of fall specialties, including a warm silver queen corn custard with crabmeat and snipped chive, described as “a velvety flan with the essence of just-picked corn.”  Hudson Valley wines were served.
