Chappaqua Relief Drive to Help NYC Sandy Victims

Chappaqua Wellness Center is collecting supplies for people in Staten Island, Queens and Brooklyn.

While northern Westchester was hard hit by Hurricane Sandy in the form of massive power outages and blocked roads, residents in New York City's outer boroughs suffered flooding and home destruction, as reported by Patch and other media reports on the devastation.

Locally, Chappaqua Wellness Center is doing a relief drive for people hard hit in Staten Island, Queens and Brooklyn, owner Jen Cook announced.

People can leave their supplies at 400 King Street, Suite 4, she said in an email. If the door is closed then supplies can be left by the door.
