Grab and Go Family Planner: Go Green, Greeley's Senior Musical and Concert

Learn and have fun at the Chappaqua Schools Green Fair, enjoy the Wedding Singer and introduce the family to classical music.

Where/When: Robert E. Bell Middle School at 50 Senter St. in Chappaqua, on Saturday, April 9 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Why go: Something for the whole family! There will be arts and crafts, games, student led workshops and more. Adults can shop and learn from local sustainable businesses and experts. The Chappaqua Farmers Market will also be near by. You can also bring gently used sports equipment to the swap shop.

Where/When:  on Thursday, April 7 at 7 p.m., Friday, April 8 at 8 p.m. and Saturday, April 10 at 2 p.m. and 8 p.m.

Why go: This senior class musical is always a highlight of the year. A flashback to the '80s, this will be fun for everyone and have you singing and dancing in your seats.

Where/When: Route 133, Milwood from 9:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Rain date is April 10.

Why go: The Gedney Pond will be stocked with trout from Beaverkill Fish Hatchery in upstate NY.  Bob's Sport and Tackle will be donating bait for the first 100 that register. You'll need to bring your own fishing gear and supplies. You can purchase equipment from Bob's on site as well.  Categories starting at age 6. Pre-register by April 7 here. Prizes awarded in each age group, one prize per child.

Bedford Chamber Concert

Where/When: St. Matthew's Episcopal Church, 382 Cantitoe St., Bedford on Saturday, April 9 at 4 p.m.

Why go: This first ever children's concert will be a great experience for families and introduce kids to the classics. Peter and the Wolf and many other suprises too. It will also feature mixed media, illustration and video elements. Light refreshments will be served during intermission and are included in ticket price.

Pricing: $20 per adult and $5 for children under 16.

Kids Night out at World Cup

Where/When: Saturday, April 9 at , 170 Hunts Ln., Chappaqua from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m.

Why go: Can't find a sitter and want to go out? Drop kids off ages 3-12 for an evening of bugs and butterflies! Children will have fun doing gymnastics, eat pizza, play games, do crafts and see the "Bee Movie." 

Pricing: $30 per child. Siblings are $27.$5 more if you pay after 1 p.m. on Friday. Register at 914-238-4967.
