Join us for an all-you-can-eat home-made Pancake Feast served with 100% New York Maple Syrup. We will have plain and blueberry pancakes, sausage and melon. There are two seating times available each day (see times and cost below).
Seating is limited. Please call to pre-register and arrange your seating date and time by 3/7/12. Registration is available on our web site via PayPal.
Following each seating is our MAPLE SUGARING THROUGH THE AGES program. Join us as we take a look at the evolution of making maple syrup. We will explore the harvesting and processing techniques used by the Native Americans and early colonists through present day. We'll learn how to tap a tree and even test ourselves to see if we can tell the difference between 100% maple syrup and imitation syrup.
