Mt. Kisco Man, 34, Accused of Sex with Girl Under 13

The suspect also has a detainer lodged against him by the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE).

A Mount Kisco man is accused of having sex with a girl under age 13 and has been arrested, according to Mount Kisco police.

Boris Nolberto Agustin-Perez, 34, was arrested on May 16 around 6:30 p.m. and arraigned in court the same day by Village Justice Mark Farrell. He was charged with first-degree  Course of Sexual Conduct Against a Child, a Class B felony.

Agustin-Perez is alleged by police to have had at least two of more sexual acts with the girl, including sexual intercourse.

Agustin-Perez was denied bail and has been detained at the Westchester County Jail in Valhalla. He also has a detainer lodged by the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE). His next court date is on May 23 at 7 p.m.

Police are withholding the name, age and address of the girl in order to protect her identity.
