10 Ways to Put a Spring in Your Step

I love it when my husband gives me a "Top 10″ list. He often does it for special occasions. Today, I want to give you one to put a spring in your step.

I love it when my husband gives me a “Top 10″ list. He often does it for special occasions. Today, I want to give you one to put a spring in your step. Each tip is easy, and doing them will give you a little boost almost immediately. I know you probably don’t believe me – but the only way to know for sure is to try it!!!!!! Yes I’m challenging you…

Here goes, in no particular order:

1. Drink a glass or small bottle of water first thing in the morning, even before your morning coffee.
2. Rub your body with coconut oil before you go in the shower and feel it moisturize your skin as the hot water cascades over your body. You can skip moisturizing once you get out of the shower with this tip.
3. Try a green juice. Instead of going into your local coffee shop in the afternoon, go into the local health food store and have them make a fresh juice for you. If you are a novice, try – kale, apple, carrot and cucumber. And feel the difference…
4. Go at least one day without refined sugar.
5. Buy some flowers and watch them bloom over the next few days.
6. Try a new green vegetable that you have never tried before (email me if you need suggestions).
7. If you are married or in a relationship, spend more time passionately kissing your partner.
8. Hang out with people who energize you (and try to hang out less with those who drain the life out of you!!!).
9. Play hooky one day.
10. Exercise outdoors (use your imagination!!).
