Classic-Vintage Wine-Paired Dinner at La Crémaillère is Priced at $350 Per Person

A wine-coupled, prix-fixe dinner priced at $350 per person (gratuity and tax included) will be held at Robert Olivier Meyzen's La Crémaillère Restaurant in Bedford on Wednesday, July 24. The wine partner for the dinner is Voix de la Terre.

Menu and wine selections for this special five-course, culinary/classic-vintage-wine event follow:

  • Amuse-Boûches. Rose Brut Champagne, Voix de la Terre Private Label NV 
  • Lobster salad. Micro greens, chilled Nantua sauce. Chassagne Montrachet “Les Chenevottes” 1er Cru, 2008
  • Seared Fillet of Tuna. Artichokes, tomatoes, fingerling potatoes, green peppercorn sauce. Corton Charlemagne Grand Cru, 2008, Domaine Dubreuil-Fontaine
  • Roasted breast of Guinea hen. Summer truffles, chanterelles mushrooms, baby peas, diced carrots, herbes de Provence sauce. Musigny Grand Cru, 2001, Domaine Comte Georges de Vogue, 1.5 lt. magnum
  • Grilled loin of lamb. Ratatouille Niçoise, potato Gauffrette, lemon thyme sauce, Château Lafite Rothschild, 1983, 1.5 lt. magnum
  • Saint-Andre cheese. Clos Vougeot Grand Cru, 2010, Domaine Drouhin-Larose
  • Soufflé Maison. Petits Fours. Café, Thé
Seating will be at 7 p.m.
