A cool Saturday morning marked the Great Chappaqua Bake Sale, as folks packed at tent along South Greeley Avenue for baked goods and prizes.
The event, in its third year, is meant to raise money to support groups that combat child hunger, according to Allison Spiegel, one of its organizers. The event included plenty of baked goods, an array of sponsors (this includes a long lists of local merchants), a guessing jar and face painting, the later of which is a new feature. People also got a chance to enter to win special prizes.
