Douglas Kennedy is scheduled to appear in , tonight at 7 p.m., for an update on his charges of child endangerment and harassment.
Kennedy is accused of getting into an altercation with two nurses at on Jan. 7 over his moving of newborn son, Bo, through the building, which personnel stated was against policy.
Kennedy has been seeking to subpoena information related to the incident ( for more on that), but NWH has tried to quash it.
