A day after New Castle and Mount Kisco were buried in snow, life was quickly returning to normal.
Aside from the fact that roads were paved and orderly, people took advantage of the thick new powder to go sledding at New Castle's Gedney Park and Mount Kisco's Leonard Park. Dog walkers were also easy to find.
