Church Festival; 'Back to Shul'; New Castle 9/11 Event

A look at notable items for Saturday and Sunday.

1. The announced that it will have its Fall Family Festival, Saturday starting at 11 a.m. Events include carnival games, free picnic food and an ice cream truck.
