Report: No Evidence That Douglas Kennedy Abused Newborn

A Office of Children and Family Services considers the matter "unfounded," reports Associated Press.

New York's Office of Children and Family Services found no evidence of child abuse on the part of Douglas Kennedy in relation to his newborn son Bo on Jan. 7, The Associated Press reports.

The AP's story centers around a March 30 letter from the agency that has not yet been made public. However, the findings are not connected to Kennedy's pending charge from the situation. He is due back in Mount Kisco justice court on April 12, the court's office confirmed.
