Crisis Management Before and After
Crises can take many forms, ranging from natural disasters, such as Hurricane Sandy, to man-made disasters such as violent crimes or a terrorist attack. We invite you to attend an informative presentation on crisis management. Not only is crisis management about what should be done during a crisis, but also about the before and after.Presenters:
Dr. Mitchell A. Levy, Ph.D. is Vice President for Student Affairs at Atlantic Cape Community College. He is a member of the National Behavioral Intervention Team Association Advisory Board, on the editorial board of the Journal of Behavioral Interventions, and is a professional counselor and Director of Counseling Services and Crisis Management.
Thomas J. Nardi, Ph.D. is the Director of the Graduate Programs in Counseling at LIU Hudson at Rockland and at West Point. A licensed psychologist, he is also certified in critical incident stress management. Dr. Nardi has had professional articles published in the International Journal of Emergency Mental Health, and has had many articles about dealing with crises published in popular magazines.
Jacquelyn Rizzo, M.S. is a recent graduate of LIU Hudson at Rockland's mental health counseling program.
