Thanksgiving at Quest Yoga Arts

Join us for a Special Giving Thanks Thanksgiving Yoga Class!

After you put the turkey in the oven, come down to Quest Yoga Arts to build up your appetite and help keep your balance!  Take some time out at the beginning of the day to re-connect with the spirit of the holidays. Through breath work, pose practice, and meditation, we will bring awareness to the aspects of our life for which we are grateful, as well as to the opportunities for growth that exist in situations we may find challenging. By cultivating gratitude in the present moment - with all of its imperfections - we prepare to greet the holidays with a sense of contentment and loving awareness.
