New Castle held its annual Ragamuffin Parade & Carnival on Sunday afternoon in downtown Chappaqua, an occasion that brings out kids in costumes and Halloween-themed fun.
The parade route ran along Washington Avenue and South Greeley Avenue, adults and kids alike marched. The carnival was on the green space in front of the train station, which included live music and rides.
