Mt. Kisco Costume Carnival Goes On [PHOTOS]

Kids get chance to dress up despite Sandy's meddling.

Hurricane Sandy couldn't stop Mount Kisco's Halloween Costume Carnival.

Although winds were kicking up Sunday afternoon at Leonard Park, kids came into the memorial pool buiding and rec center to play games and for a chance to decorate pumpkins.

Last year's event was canceled due to a freak snowstorm, a fate that the village avoided a repeat of.
