Kickboxing For Fitness To Get In Shape For Summer

Wow! I went outside today and it was absolutely beautiful. The sun hit my face and the smile I had probably looked like a kid’s on Christmas morning. The weather is going to be getting warmer and warmer so we now won’t be able to hide under layers of clothing. This can cause great panic to anyone who feels out of shape. Don’t worry my friends. First of all it is a wonderful way to improve your cardiovascular conditioning. Our 10 round workout is proven to burn close to 1000 calories per class. We stretch to warm up and then again at the end of the workout to cool down. Plus the whole time your body is moving we are doing what we refer to as “Dynamic Stretching” which is stretch through constant movement. That means in one class you will stretch more than most people do in a month. Stretching by the way is a great way to tone up your body.
