With spring closing in on us, it's time to work toward fitting back into those summer clothes and bathing suits. Be sure to mix resistance training and cardio with every workout as this will maximize lean muscle and fat loss. If you decide to do one and then the other, stick to doing cardio second as your body will burn more fat and calories that way. Be sure to always start with a warmup.
