Amawalk Man Allegedly Pointed Gun at Mt. Kisco Man: Police

The person accused of using the gun was not arrested because the other man declined to prosecute.

An Amawalk man is accused of pointing a semi-automatic handgun at a Mount Kisco man while they were at Eduardo's Restaurant & Lounge, according to Mount Kisco police.

The incident is alleged to have happened on Valentine's Day, Feb. 14, and was reported at 2:47 p.m.

The resident of the Somers hamlet, 54, was accused of pointing a black gun at the village resident, 49, and saying that he would shoot, according to police.

The Mount Kisco man declined to press charges, so the Amawalk man was not arrested, police said.

A Mount Kisco man, 49, was arrested after violating an order of protection given in favor of the victim from a related domestic violence incident, police said.

The order was issued by family court, and the violation incident was reported on Feb. 13 at 8:45 p.m.
