New York State Police announced that a Bronx man was arrested for allegedly driving while intoxicated on the New Castle portion of the Taconic State Parkway.
Police arrested Rafael Lopez, 62, on Thursday after doing a traffic stop. Police claim that he was driving on the shoulder and unsafely moving from a lane.
Lopez, state police claim, had a blood alcohol content (BAC) of 0.12 percent, above the 0.08-percent limit before someone can get a DWI charge.
He is due in on Sept. 20 at 7:30 p.m., according to police.
