New York State Police announced that a Bronx man was arrested for allegedly driving while intoxicated on the New Castle portion of the Taconic State Parkway.

Police arrested Rafael Lopez, 62, on Thursday after doing a traffic stop. Police claim that he was driving on the shoulder and unsafely moving from a lane.
