Chappaqua Man Charged With DWAI in Mount Pleasant

A Chappaqua resident is due in Town of Mount Pleasant Court in 2013 after he was allegedly caught driving while his ability was impaired by alcohol yesterday, according to New York State Police.
The 58-year-old man was stopped after "moving from lane unsafely by swerving several times out of the left lane and into the center lane" while on the Taconic State Parkway at approximately 11:02 p.m. Wednesday night, police said in a press release.
The man was subsequently arrested and was issued an appearance ticket in the town for January 3.
