Millwood Spa Employee Charged with Prostitution
New Castle police announce the arrest of Luo Jing, an employee at Beijing Spa in Millwood.
An employee at a spa in Millwood has been arrested and charged with prostitution after an undercover investigation, New Castle police announced.
Luo Jing, a 45-year-old Flushing, NY resident, was arrested and arraigned on Tuesday. She was charged with a misdemeanor-level form of prostituion, Class B, and practicing massage without a license, which is a Class E felony, police said.
The defendant is an employee of Beijing Spa, which is located at 84 Millwood Rd.

Police said that the investigation involved an undercover officer getting a massage. The officer, police said in a press release, "was offered a sexual service for an extra fee."
At the arraignment, bail was set at $1,000. The defendant is due back in New Castle Justice Court in Chappaqua on Thursday, Dec. 13.
