A Mount Kisco man was arrested on Friday June 20, 2014 and charged with the rape of a 4-year-old girl, according to Mount Kisco Daily Voice.
Sabino Serech, 36, was charged with first-degree rape, a Class B felony and arraigned on Saturday, June 21, according to police. The Daily Voice reported Village Justice John Donohue denied him bail.
Serech is accused of raping the girl on May 29, 2014. According to police, a DNA test was identified Serech as the suspect.

Serech is due in Mount Kisco Village Court on Thursday, June 26, 2014 to answer to the charges.
According to the government's website that lists charges by state, in New York, a person accused of first-degree rape is accused of having sexual intercourse with someone (1) less than age 11 or (2) less than age 13 if the actor is age 18 or older. If convicted, they can face between five and twenty-five years in prison.
