A Mount Kisco man has been charged in Yorktown with a count of felony driving while intoxicated (DWI) under Leandra's Law because he had a 4-year-old passenger with him, state police announced.
Police claim that Brian Angelie, 26, was pulled over at about 2:50 a.m. Sunday while driving on Crompound Road in Yorktown due to driving to the left of pavement markings. State Police also claim that he had a blood alcohol content (BAC) level of .14 percent, which above the legal limit of .08 percent.
Angelie was arraigned in Yorktown's local court and released on his own recognizance, police said. He has another Yorktown court date on Dec. 20 at 6 p.m.
