A 24-year-old Mount Kisco male was arrested for allegedly striking his brother, 23, on the neck. The two live together. He was charged with third-degree assault, a misdemeanor.


Man Accused of Threatening Woman With Knife, Gets Attempted Assault Charge

April 14, 7:09 a.m., Grove Street

Police responded to a call involving a 48-year-old and a 27-year-old woman who live together. The man is alleged to have held a knife up against the woman. He was arrested and charged with second-degree attempted assault, a felony.


Woman Charged With DWI After Vehicle vs. Tree Impact

April 13, 12:09 a.m., West Hyatt Avenue

Police responded to a report of a vehicle being involved in an accident with a tree. The woman involved, a 21-year-old Bedford resident, while not injured, was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI).


Traffic Stop Over Lighting Leads to DWI Arrest

April 11, 2:39 a.m., South Bedford Road

A 25-year-old Rye Brook man was pulled over by police for allegedly faulty rear lighting on his vehice. He was charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI).
