Attempted Robbery At Knifepoint
July 24, 5:11 a.m., Moore Avenue
Two women walking home were reportedly approached by two men. One of the men allegedly brandished a 6-inch knife, demanding money. One woman ran, while the other claim that she didn't have money. One of the men slapped the woman, and she fell. The two males fled the scene. The visual description given of them is black and between the ages of 20 to 25.

Roommates' Fist Fight Over Remote

Two males who are roommates reportedly got into a fight over having a remote control. They had also been drinking, according to police. The pair had facial lacerations, and declined to press charges.
Transformer Explosion Leads to Car Fire
July 24, 1:34 a.m., Barker Street
An explosion of a transformer caused downed wires, which in turn set a car on fire. While the fire was put out, the car was badly damaged.
Vehicle/Motorcycle Accident = 2 Arrests
July 25, 5:03 p.m., Amuso Drive
A motorcycle and a vehicle got into an accident, but both operators are facing criminal charges. The motorcycle rider, a 41-year-old Bedford Hills man, was charged with driving while intoxiciated. The vehicle driver, 45-year-old Mount Kisco woman, was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle.
Man Arrested on '03 Warrant
July 26, 7:24 p.m., Green Street
A 36-year-old Danbury, CT resident was arrested on an outstanding April 2003 warrant for a local law charge of drinking in public. The person was arrested nearly a decade ago, on Aug. 8, 2002.
