Chappaqua Man Accused of DWI
July 28, 9:59 p.m., South Moger Avenue Lot
Police reported that a Chappaqua man was driving in the wrong direction on Kirby Plaza. He was pulled over and was subsequently charged with Driving While Intoxicated (DWI), a misdemeanor. The man, 19, was also charged with failure to obey a traffic control device.

Apartment Burgled

Several items were reportedly stolen from an apartment. They included $250 in cash, a gold loop, two bottles of cologne, and a health monitor.
2 Men Accused of Illegally Camping
July 28, 5:36 p.m., Lieto Drive
Police arrested two 32-year-old men, both Mount Kisco residents. They were accused of illegally camping and picnicking, a non-criminal local law violation. The land they were in the vicinity of is a conservation area.
Male Arrested on Greenburgh Warrant
July 29, 7:33 a.m. Kirby Plaza
A 17-year-old Mount Kisco boy was arrested on a warrant from the Town of Greenburgh. His original charge there is unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation.
Report of a Prowler
July 29, 9:34 p.m., St Marks Place
A woman reported a prowler being outside of her home. However, police could not locate anybody.
