An Ossining man was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated after getting into a car accident in Millwood, New Castle Police said.
Mark Aronoff, 57, is alleged to have been driving, on Saturday night, on Saw Mill River Road in Millwood, near Random Farms Drive. He is accused of going off of the road and striking a guard rail with his vehicle, a 2004 Audi.
Police said that Aronoff sustained minor injuries and was transported to Northern Westchester Hospital in Mount Kisco. He was then charged with DWI, police said.
Aronoff has an appearance date in New Castle court for Feb. 21, 2013.
