State and town police armed with a search warrant paid a visit to 24 Red Oak Lane on July 12.
Now homeowner Peter Russell faces a felony charge of unlawful manufactufacturing of methamphetamine.
The 64-year-old was arraigned in New Castle Town Court and sent to Westchester County Jail on $5,000 bail, police said.
He is scheduled to return to New Castle Court on July 17. The investigation is ongoing.
