Police: 2 Charged With DWI; Teens in Marijuana Arrests

Mount Kisco Police arrested a 28-year-old Mount Kisco man, Byron Rene Lopz-Garcia after being pulled over in a traffic stop. His charges included driving while intoxicated (DWI), unlawful driving on or across a sidewalk, unlicensed operation of a vehicle and reckless driving. The man was brought into Mount Kisco Justice Court on Thursday and he is due back on Feb. 7.

Police arrested Weyvi Azael Perez-Gomez, a 21-year-old Mount Kisco man. Police said he was charged with DWI, aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle, speeding and refusing to submit to a chemical test.

Two Teens Arrested for Alleged Marijuana Possession

Two Mount Kisco teenagers were encountered by police in the Dunkin' Donuts parking lot. The two, who are ages 16 and 17, were each charged with criminal possession of marijuana. Their names are being withheld by police because they are eligible for youthful offender status.
