Police Charge Mt. Kisco Man With DWI

Dylan Sagastume refused a chemical test at police headquarters.

A Mt. Kisco man faces drunk driving charges after crossing the white fog line several times in Bedford Hills, police said.

Police said they saw Dylan Sagastume, 21, drive his Toyota SUV southbound on Bedford Road, weaving over the fog lines several times.

They pulled him over for a traffic stop on Edna Road in Bedford Hills on Jan. 27 at about 3:40 a.m.

Officers said they smelled alchohol on his breath and administered field sobriety tests, which Sagastume failed. He was taken to police headquarters for processing, where he refused to take a blood alcohol content test.

Sagastume was arrested and charged with DWI, refusing a pre screen test and improper lane use. He was released on $50 bail pending a return to Bedford town court on Feb 7.

The information was provided by Bedford police and does not indicate a conviction.

Did this bloke have a driver's license? If he did he will have his license revoked for one year for refusing the breath test.

If they don't they will be charged with 1192! At least sub (3) if they refuse to blow.
