Man Accused of Assaulting Woman Now Has Immigration Hold

Jan. 10, 12:44 a.m., West Street

Police arrested Marcos Galgani Andrez-Garcia at his residence for allegedly assaulting a woman who lives with him. Police claim it was then discovered that he was previously deported for being in the United States illegally, although a country of origin was not immediately available from police. He now has a hold by the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) and is in Westchester County jail. His next court date is Feb. 7.

West Harrison Woman Arrested on Bench Warrant: Police

Jan. 10, 2:36 a.m., Bedford Road, Bedford Hills

Bedford Police arrested a West Harrison woman on an outstanding warrant for failure to appear in Mount Kisco Justice Court, Mount Kisco Police said. Christina Loomis, 29, is accused of traffic offenses.

Man Arrested for Allegedly Driving With Revoked License

Jan. 10, 10:33 p.m., Main Street

Police arrested Arnold Veshta, a 22-year-old Carmel man, for allegedly driving with a license that was revoked.
