Man Accused of Assaulting Woman Now Has Immigration Hold

Police arrested Marcos Galgani Andrez-Garcia at his residence for allegedly assaulting a woman who lives with him. Police claim it was then discovered that he was previously deported for being in the United States illegally, although a country of origin was not immediately available from police. He now has a hold by the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) and is in Westchester County jail. His next court date is Feb. 7.

Bedford Police arrested a West Harrison woman on an outstanding warrant for failure to appear in Mount Kisco Justice Court, Mount Kisco Police said. Christina Loomis, 29, is accused of traffic offenses.
