Police: Three DWI Arrests in Mount Kisco

Three men have been arrested and charged in roughly the past week, according to police.

Mount Kisco police reported making three arrests for driving while intoxicated in about the past week. Note: arrests do not indicate convictions.

Dec. 18, 6:19 p.m., North Bedford Road

A 25-year-old Mount Kisco man is alleged to have rear-ended a vehicle in front. After police investigated, the man was charged with a DWI count, which is a misdemeanor, along with violation charges of having tinted windows and not having insurance.

Dec. 17, 8:21 p.m., Main Street

A 38-year-old Mount Vernon man was pulled over near Mt. Kisco Coach Diner and was charged with a DWI count.

Dec. 20, 11:45 p.m., Main Street

A 47-year-old Darien, CT man was pulled over near the intersection with Green Street. He was charged with DWI, with refusing to submit to a pre-screened test and with minor traffic violations.
